With the corporate landscape rapidly evolving with the emergence of Industry 4.0, I faced the task of reshaping the sales paradigm within a traditional framework. My objective was not only to integrate advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the sales process but also to foster acceptance among a team accustomed to conventional methods. The challenge was two-fold: harnessing my extensive academic knowledge from the University of Florida's Doctorate of Business Administration program to pioneer a digital transformation and overcoming resistance to change within the sales force.
